Our Diverse Capacity Building Team

CBSC's experienced and committed staff can be classified as working across one (or more) of three categories:

Short Term Advisers
Short Term Advisers provide short term (up to six months) inputs in a wide variety of areas including disease control, asset management, and strategy and policy development.

Long Term Advisers
Working both with health stakeholders at a sub-national level and with the NDoH, these advisers provide a longer-term commitment to CBSC and the sector, generally starting at two years. A cornerstone of such positions is that they can effectively establish strong partnerships and working relationships with both their Provincial and NDoH partners and counterparts. As with all support, these advisers can be locally or internationally recruited.

In-Line Staff
At the request of relevant partners, a significant number of CBSC staff are providing in-line functions within the sector. Inline staff are individuals who, for a range of reasons, are recruited to fill core functions of the unit or organisation in which they work.
